People USA invites you to join us for peer-led wellness programs focused on helping people cope with mental health challenges and addiction. Mood & Musicality invites participants to find wellness through music, rhythm, and listening experiences that support mood regulation and emotional expression. Sessions are held the last Wednesday of the Month, 11am – 12pm, starting February 25 (5 monthly sessions) These sessions are FREE to attend and open to all community members.
